Oak Parquet flooring fitted under existing skirting boards

This oak parquet floor was supplied and fitted in a herringbone design, sanded and then sealed with water based floor lacquer .

The 9 photo's below show work in progress ,we as standard in older properties do not remove skirting boards.  Instead, we cut the bottom of the skirting board so the floor can be fitted under the skirting as the photo's show.
