Wide plank oak engineered board in Hamsterley, County Durham

This wide plank engineered oak floor, 240mm x20mm random lengths was fitted in a farmhouse in Hamsterley Village, Weardale It was fitted throughout the ground floor which was a bit of a challage because the sub-floor was very uneven.  We had to level the floors out by screeding 3 times prior to  fitting. The boards were fitted directly onto the concrete with ms polymer flexable glue.

Finally this wide plank engineered oak floor was then sanded and finished with 10% sheen hardwax oil with four coats lightly sanded between to give this fantastic look.
